Hawaii, Finally. ll Isaiah & Allison

isaiah-bellamy:

Isaiah smiled and nodded, holding Allison in his arms. “I’m glad I met you too.” They lingered there for awhile longer. The detective slid his eyes shut, enjoying the warmth next to him like he did many other nights. Had long had they known each other now? Three months? Maybe more. He would have to look at the file about her attack to see. Back in New York, he had a different girlfriend every month. He didn’t sleep with them all, though. He liked to test the waters first, talk about moving back south to Eastwick to see if the girl was willing to go with him. Every time he thought he found a girl his mom would be proud of, she turned out to be another disappointment. So he eventually gave up, especially when he did move back. He kept to himself for six years. He kept the town safe and investigated murders in other counties. Everyone knew him and respected him. He had all he needed except someone to call his own. For the first time in years, he believed that maybe, just maybe, Allison was the one.

Isaiah released a sigh and looked at his watch. Fifteen minutes had passed already. “Oh shit. We need to go.” He was reluctant too but he finally rose and began changing clothes. He didn’t know what one would wear to a luau so he put on some slacks and a comfortable shirt. He idly made a mental note to visit his mom’s grave when he got the chance. He hadn’t been there since his ordeal with Darius and Leo. It was high time he paid a visit. However, for this trip, he decided it would be best for him and Ally to really get to know each other. He felt it was time to open up more to her and let her in. He didn’t believe she would hurt him like the others.

Once they were dressed, he guided her down towards the beach where the restaurant was. Judging by the music and hollers, the presentation had already began. He sped up a bit, holding on to Ally and then stopped when they reached the scene. There were traditional fire dancers and hula girls performing around by the barbeque pit. Isaiah smiled and enjoyed the show, wrapping an arm around Ally.

“But it’s so nice hereee” she whined when he left the bed. Allison watched him for a few moments before doing as he said. She too had trouble picking out something less tourist-y, but settled on a white sundress. “Would putting a flower in my hair be too much?” she mimicked the action, trying to suppress a laugh. It had been quite a while since Allison had felt this light hearted. Most of the time in Eastwick she found herself irritated by the mass amounts of new residents, the egotistical men with the mindset that they can bed any woman with a pulse, and the tension of the murders. For the most part, Allison hid away in her home allowing little visitors other than Isaiah and Elijah.

Allison took Isaiah’s hand as they made their way towards the restaurant. Once again, she took in the magnificent view of the ocean. It was something she knew she’d never get over, especially not with the company she had. An almost childish grin spread across her face at the scene before her. It was a picture perfect movie moment, cliché Hawaii. Allison’s arm wrapped around his back and her head on his chest. As a waiter walked by she took the lei’s offered to them and thanked him. “First time getting lei’d in Hawaii, how does it feel?” She winked at Isaiah as put it over his head.

When they finally took a seat, Allison sipped her water. “Have you ever thought of vacation planning as a career? You’re doing fabulously so far.” Allison’s mouth watered as waiters brought around platters of fruit. She greedily took a plateful of pineapple offering only a bite to her date. Allison had no shame when it came to eating, something she couldn’t relate to with other women. Food was by far one of her favorite things and it was obvious by the way she was quickly finishing off her plate.

Best Friend Bonding ll Elijah & Ally

elijahmclane:

What are you doing? The thoughts inside his mind were going crazy, trying with everything the could to keep him away from the girl whose lips were pressed so passionately against his. Elijah battled on, forcing the thoughts of his conscious to the back of his mind where they couldn’t escape again and focused on the present moment. Now wasn’t the time to focus on what was right and wrong, now was time for his emotions to take control, now was the time for him to take the bait. She drew him in and the least he could do was to be there. To be here for her now, when he couldn’t be there for her then. Was this the best way to go about the situation? No. Was he going to stop doing something wrong, even if it felt so good? Of course not.

Elijah’s back hit the wall and the longing inside of him grew even greater. What was he supposed to do? What would be the gentlemanly thing to do? He shook the thoughts from his head once more and continued kissing his truest friend. Her lips were soft and warm, a grand opposite from his. But it worked. This comfort was no longer pure, but was taken over by a desire that lived within them both and he gave in. With their bodies touching now, the beast within him took over and picked her up, allowing her legs to wrap around his body as he walked them back to the couch, sitting them down as they continued to kiss, her body now straddling his.

Allison’s animalistic nature took over and the only thought running through her mind was more. She was sure that every look she gave him was filled with pure lust. Allison wasn’t normally the type to give in to temptation, but tonight was different and so was Elijah. This was a side of her best friend she had never seen, he was always the proper gentlemen. He wasn’t the guy that hooked up with his best friend, as far as she knew anyway. Allison felt the atmosphere between the two change when she had him pinned, it was more electrifying. It was something she surely couldn’t and wouldn’t stop. As he picked her up, Allison crossed her ankles behind Elijah’s back, her forehead pressed against his. She never once broke eye contact.

When Elijah sat the two down, Allison positioned herself so she was comfortably straddling him. She placed her hands back on his face and greedily took over his lips as if there wasn’t enough time left in the world for her to do everything she wanted. She pulled back only briefly to catch her breath, and give Elijah the once over. It was as though she were seeing him in a new light, tonight. Allison ran a hand through her hair and gave him a quick peck before running her hands down his chest. She played with the hem of his shirt only briefly before pulling it up and over his chest. She waited patiently for him to raise his arms and when he did she tossed the shirt aside. For the first time she was seeing more of Elijah and she relished in it.

Best Friend Bonding ll Elijah & Ally

elijahmclane:

I want you safe, I want you to stick around. If only she knew what he was capable of. She wouldn’t be so worried if she saw him and who he used to be. But then again she wouldn’t be his best friend if she knew what the newborn Elijah was like. Allison would never look at him the same way if she knew of all the lives he took. The thoughts put him in a bad mood and he could feel his temper boil. “I can take care of myself, Allison.” His eyes, wanting to shoot her a look, but went elsewhere knowing her state of mind. Elijah wasn’t doing either of them any good by getting riled up about a situation he couldn’t go back in time to fix.

The smile that was revealed upon her lips was enough for Elijah to drop every previous emotion. Yes, the fear for his dearest friends life was still inside of him. And yes the jealousy of another man coming to save the day was there as well. But something about seeing that smile made everything else irrelevant. He couldn’t help but to smile back at her, allowing the kind Elijah McLane show himself again. It had been ages since his innerdemon almost conquered him and he wasn’t about to let it win. With her hands wrapped around his arms, Elijah rubbed his thumb against the skin of her face as tenderly as possible. She was all he had here in Eastwick. She was his everything.

Elijah’s face was inches from hers as they stood. She was so strong. Her image embodied strength like no one he’d ever known in his entire life. And yet here stood Allison Pierce with tears still lingering in the corners of her eyes. Here she was, vulnerable. Before his thoughts could trail off any longer, she dropped her hands and replaced them on his face. Within a second later, her lips were on his and Elijah knew his heart would have stopped if it still had a heartbeat. He returned the kiss with hesitance while the conflicting emotions battled inside of him. It was soft and quick, and he wasn’t sure how to feel. He wasn’t sure how to respond. This is your best friend… Elijah pulled back and rested his head against hers as the battle within him raged on. But something overpowered it all and he leaned back in, a passion overcoming any thoughts he once had as he pressed his hungry lips upon hers once more, kissing Allison deeply. The vampire’s hands dropped from her face and wrapped them around her small body, pulling their bodies closer together.

Very few thoughts went through her mind when Elijah pulled away briefly. There was even less time for them to form before the gap between them closed once again. In that moment, all thoughts of selfishness and betrayal seemed like distance problems. Elijah was her rock, through everything. The good, the bad – Elijah was always there. And why? Why had he put up with every mood swing,  every snide remark for all this time? He was the one she could rely on, the only one. Yes she had Isaiah and they loved each other, but Elijah didn’t have her in that sense and still treated her like she was the only thing that mattered.

When she felt his hands wrap around her she dropped hers to his chest and pushed him against the wall behind him. This seemed to no longer be an innocent comforting, Allison knew what she wanted and it was right in front of her. She wanted Elijah to know that she needed him and wanted him around. It was wrong but her own battle was one quickly lost to the situation at hand. She wasn’t nearly as strong as the impression she gave off. Temptation was getting the best of her, especially with her emotions already going wild.

Hawaii, Finally. ll Isaiah & Allison

isaiah-bellamy:

Isaiah kissed her back, relishing in the feeling of her lips against his once more. He really was too lucky to have such a wonderful woman by his side. He had decided right then and there he would do anything necessary to keep her. It was no secret he had relationship issues. Mostly because of his job, but also because of how reclusive he was. It was like trying to crack a tank with a hammer. He was incredibly private and only himself around his family. He was nice to the townspeople but he hid behind his smartass personality to prevent anyone from getting close. How the hell Allison managed to worm her way this far into his heart was beyond him. Quite frankly, he didn’t care.

After awhile he forced himself to pull away, his thoughts in places that it was just too early for. They could save that for dessert. “We have an 8’oclock reservation at this really cool restaurant. Hawaiian BBQ. Sound exciting?” He inquired, brown hues staring into blue ones. He felt incredibly cheesy just thinking it, but he wished he could stop this moment and bottle it up somewhere. Isla had tortured him plenty with Titanic and Moulin Rouge. So of course he would think about things like true love and the such. Maybe he should serenade the golden haired beauty with a song? Isaiah had to bite his lip. The image of him pulling a classic 80s musical outside her window was too much. “Allison…this may be a little soon but…I really do love you.”

The pair’s relationship was nearly perfect one, there was no denying it. Ally couldn’t remember a time they had a serious fight besides the first day she met him. Even still, that was the day Allison fell for the man beside her. Isaiah Bellamy had been a blessing in disguise, saving her in more ways than one. Now that it was just the two of them, she planned on showing him that. She was in no way ready to lose this man. In fact she occasionally caught herself imagining spending her life with him. Allison pouted when Isaiah pulled away and waited impatiently for his excuse.

Allison shook her head, letting her blonde locks cover the smile that spread across her face. Every minute Isaiah had another surprise up his sleeve. She brushed her hair from her face, “Sounds great. I should probably change though, plane  clothes.” Just as Allison sat up to retrieve her suitcase, she heard Isaiah speak again. She turned to face him and was left speechless. “I … I love you too, Isaiah.” Allison crawled back over to her previous spot, where she kissed him quickly and cuddled into his chest. “Maybe we could stay a few more minutes.” She didn’t really need to change, who did she have to impress? The man she loved was already hers. “I’m really glad I met you Isaiah, even under the circumstances.”

Best Friend Bonding ll Elijah & Ally

elijahmclane:

“You’re glad I wasn’t there?” Elijah balled his hands into fists with anger, trying to compose himself but failing at a rapid pace. “All I ever want is to be there for you, Allison. I don’t think you know…” He turned, looking back at her, his brown eyes glaring straight into hers. “I don’t think you know how important you are to me.” He was on the edge and something needed to happen to reel him back in. Something needed to bring him back to his mortality. The mortality he created in his mind, that didn’t truly exist. His mind raced, picturing Allison being attacked and he felt his lifeless heart almost fall to the pit of his stomach. It hurt. It hurt him in the very core of his being.

His fury finally cooled when Allison’s petite body was intertwined with his, her arms folded tightly around his body. Her scent rose quickly and every inhuman instinct inside of him was begging for a taste of his best friend. He was experienced enough to push those thoughts aside to allow his empathy to come forward. Elijah instantly wrapped his arms around Allison, kissing the top of her head in a protective manner. “You’re definitely crazy. But I believe you.” How couldn’t he? The very kind of monster she spoke of was here with her in the room. His arms were around her. His teeth were inches away from her skin.

The blonde before him looked shell-shocked, like it was an experience she could never heal from. Her question about staying didn’t seem like the best idea given her current romantic situation, but Elijah was her best friend. And if he couldn’t be there for her the night it all occurred, he would damn well be here for her in this moment. “I’ll stay. I’ll be here as long as you want.” Though she had already wiped a few tears away, Elijah held her face in his hands and wiped another falling drop with his thumb. “You’re always so strong to everyone else. You don’t have to front with me.”

“Elijah” she soothed him, “Of course I want you with me, but not in a situation like that. I’m fine aren’t I? It would do no good for both of us to be hurt.” She watched as her best friend struggled with the words. “You’re just as important to me Elijah, and that’s why I didn’t want you there. I want you safe, I want you to stick around.” Allison relaxed at the weight of Elijah’s arms wrapped around her. A small laugh escaped the girl, Elijah’s efforts to lighten the mood working. That’s what made Elijah her best friend, through it all he was always the one to put a smile on Allison’s face.

Allison peeked up at him and offered a small smile. She too knew their situation wasn’t going to go without questioning from Isaiah, but for now she only needed her best friend. She silently thanked him, knowing the look in her eyes was enough to get the point across. The words put Allison in a peaceful state for she knew they were genuine. Everything Elijah said was from the bottom of his heart, it was comforting to know that someone wanted to be there for her. As he brushed away a stray tear, Allison wrapped her hands around his wrists and searched his eyes for any clues on what she was supposed to say next.

The buzz she felt in her was taunting. Something she hadn’t felt with anyone but Isaiah. Allison knew it was wrong to want to be closer to Elijah, but her mind was screaming at her to take the leap. He was her best friend, he was comforting her, saying things that nobody had ever said to her. She wanted so badly to thank him, but knew of no way to. The brief moments of silence were dragging on for an eternity in her mind and before she could hesitate any longer, Allison dropped her hands from his wrists and placed them on his face. She pulled him closer before placing a timid kiss on his lips.

Best Friend Bonding ll Elijah & Ally

elijahmclane:

“Are you okay?? How long ago was this?!” Elijah ripped his eyes away from hers, springing up from the couch and walked across the room. It was unlike Allison to keep things from him. Especially something like this. Elijah was hurt, and for once he wasn’t sure how to compose himself. His angered face turned from her and faced the wall, taking in a deep breath before turning back around. “I’m sorry…” He said, folding his arms across his chest and leaning up against the wall.

“I just wish I could have been there for you…” Elijah wanted to kick himself. Of all the nights she was left at Steelhouse to close, he wasn’t there by her side. Instead this random guy Isaiah had to be there the save the day. Isn’t that the job of a best friend? He had failed at the only job he’d ever been good at. The thought of her last few words shook him inside. How was he supposed to reply to that? If he acted as if they didn’t exist, she’d hate him even more once she finally found out what he was. “I believe you… I’ve heard stories about vampires in Eastwick before but I wasn’t completely sold until now.”

Allison clutched the side of the couch at Elijah’s outburst. “A few months ago, I don’t know. I’ve been trying to forget.” She watched as Elijah paced for a bit, taking it all in. She knew it was wrong to unload all of this on him without warning but he was her best friend, he was supposed to know all the major things in her life. “I’m glad you weren’t. It would have been much easier for him to spot if there had been two of us.”

She waited a few minutes before getting up and approaching him, “You don’t think I’m crazy?” A wave of relief washed over the girl and she wrapped her arms around Elijah’s waist. Burying her face in his chest, she allowed herself to cry. For the first time since that night, she’d expressed her fear and to someone other than Isaiah. As inconspicuous as she could, Allison removed a hand from around him and wiped her face. “Elijah? Will you stay with me tonight?”

Hawaii, Finally. ll Isaiah & Allison

isaiah-bellamy:

Isaiah cracked a grin and raised his brows. “Oh? You don’t want to go in and look at the bedroom? I don’t know if the bed is up to spec, so I have to…you know…make sure it is.” He grinned again, unable to contain his mischief. It was fairly obvious what he was hinting at. He pulled her along with him, resisting the urge to just jog to the damn bedroom. The poor bastard had been celibate since he left his ex in New York. That was going on seven years ago. Once there, he let go of Ally’s hand and bounced on the bed. He laid back with a sigh and wiggled into the softness of the blankets. “Good God this is an amazing bed!” Brown eyes looked up at the ceiling and he busted out into a fit of laughter. “There’s…there’s a mirror, on the ceiling. Holy shit.”

The detective had always heard about it but never actually seen one for himself. The hilarity of it was something he couldn’t avoid. Damn some people were kinky as hell. He had no idea if Ally was like. He didn’t even know if he was like that. He was a pretty simple guy with primal but basic sexual urges. Isaiah sat on the side of his body and patted the space next to him. “Try it out. It’s fantastic. I really did outdo myself.” This was looking up to be a very good vacation. No Eastwick, no drama, hell he didn’t even have his gun with him. Out here, he was just a regular joe with a gorgeous woman.

“And miss this view?” Allison retorted mockingly. Though the view was breath-taking, she had prepared herself to spend every possible second relishing in the fact that it was just the two of them. Peace and quiet. No work, no friends, no distractions. “Please tell me you aren’t actually going to jump on the bed,” she laughed and shook her head, remembering a previous conversation the two had. Allison allowed her obviously eager boyfriend to drag her along into the home. She could only imagine how relieved he was to be here, with their busy schedules the two hardly saw each other. A few nights Allison would spend at his place, but it wasn’t very often due to working the night shift.

Rolling her eyes, her gaze followed his and she also burst into laughter. She held on to the bed in an effort to collect herself. “Of course! Because everyone that stays at the beach is obviously conceited enough to want to watch themselves.” Ally shook her head once more and crawled onto the bed. She laid down and closed her eyes briefly, “Heaven.” A small smile played on her lips and she opened her eyes, “ You really outdid yourself, Isaiah.” Allison propped herself on her elbows and placed a hand on the back of his neck pulling him closer. “You’re amazing, you know that?” she whispered, her lips hovering just barely away from his. Before she allowed him to answer she placed a kiss on them.

Best Friend Bonding ll Elijah & Ally

elijahmclane:

Expecting some sarcastic remark about Elijah’s cooking, he braced himself. Instead Allison’s rare but stunning smile showed itself and he returned one right back. ”Allison Pierce, I could never ever replace you. You’re one of a kind!” He smiled and pinched her cheek softly, feeling a small amount of blood rush to her skin. The back of his throat burned slightly, but he swallowed the temptation down. It wasn’t the first or only time he’d been tempted to drink the blood of those closest to him. Which is why from town to town he tried to avoid becoming best friends with anyone. Allison was different though, and it all happened naturally.

“Ariella is really sweet, she was trying to make cookies for Stella or something…” He shrugged his shoulders and saw the emotions in Ally’s face suddenly turn grey. With a raised eyebrow, Elijah immediately became concerned. It wasn’t normal for this woman in front of him to be afraid of anything and yet fear was written boldly in her eyes.

He saved my life. If it wasn’t for his calm demenor, Elijah’s immortal senses would have overpowered him at this point in rage. Who would try to hurt his Allison? What happened? But instead, he took a breath in, waiting for the worse. The young man nodded his head in agreement to believe her. Anything was possible in Eastwick, there couldn’t be something he wouldn’t believe in. Once she explained herself a little more, Elijah was still confused. “I…” He gulped in, “I still don’t understand…” Then thoughts of what could have happened flooded his mind. He imagined a vampire draining a human right in front of her. This can’t be happening. If she finds out what I am she’ll always compare me to what she saw. Elijah pushed the thoughts back and hoped a Lycan had ripped someone to shreds or something non-vampire related.

Allison swatted at Elijah’s hand as she laughed. “She didn’t make cookies for me? After all the compliments I’ve given her? Blasphemy!” She manically waved her hands in the air as if this truly offended her. It hadn’t, Allison only harbored curiosity for the girl. She was a bit insane from the conversations the two had, delightful but insane.

She immediately regretted her decision, sure Elijah was her best friend but getting him to believe something like this was farfetched. It had taken her all but two attempts on her own life to believe what Isaiah had been telling her. Allison buried her face in her hands and shook her head. There was no way Elijah wasn’t going to think she had gone completely mental now.

“I know this sounds so absurd, but I know what I saw” slowly she lifted her head to make eye contact with the now confused best friend. “I saw a man bite a girl, like he was eating her. I didn’t understand either, I was so confused when I went home but he found me. He attacked me in my house and Isaiah saved me…” She remembered the horrific night all too well. The flashbacks began then, creating a slight tremor in her hands. “We were attacked in Isaiah’s house too.” Allison sat silently for a few moments, judging Elijah’s reaction and waiting for him to process everything. “…It was a vampire.”

Hawaii, Finally. ll Isaiah & Allison

isaiah-bellamy:

Isaiah knew she was pleased once the taxi came to a stop. Before he could even get out of the car, she was gone. He couldn’t blame her, though. She had never been out of Eastwick, never saw the ocean, hell she probably never even seen a palm tree. The driver helped him take the luggage inside the bungalow. Isaiah paid him the fare and tipped him before heading to the back where Allison was. He wrapped his arms around and rested his head on her shoulder. “See? I can handle a simple booking. No hotels, no other tourists. Just us and this beautiful view. Of course there’s the shopping and touring we’re gonna do but for now, there’s this. I hear it’s just beautiful at night. You can see millions of stars from here. I’m looking forward to that.” The Bellamy grinned and spun Ally around so she was facing him. “This is gonna be a vacation you’ll never forget. I’ll make sure of it. This is all for you.”

He grinned and took a step back. It was still a bit early but the sun would be going down in a few hours. That gave them some time to unpack and have a thorough look around the place before going to dinner. “Am I not the best boyfriend?” It was really a rhetorical question but he didn’t give her time to answer. He placed a kiss on her lips and then another, deeper and longer before reluctantly pulling away.

A small smile crept on Allison’s face when she felt Isaiah’s weight on her shoulder. “I’m proud of you babe, couldn’t have done better myself.” She spun around into his chest and lazily wrapped her arms around his neck, “I think I’m definitely going to enjoy the just us part, though I’m up for shopping too!” Allison rested her cheek on Isaiah’s chest, “It’s already too perfect for words.” Anything would have sufficed; Allison wasn’t exactly worldly and most likely would have enjoyed staying in a motel so long as it was far from Eastwick.

“You-“ Allison hadn’t had time to boost his ego before his lips were on hers. As cliché as it was, the blonde couldn’t help but smile into the kiss. When Isaiah went in for another, Allison pulled him closer. She couldn’t help but let her mind wander into the romance of it all, it was the honeymoon vacation destination. A frown formed as Isaiah pulled away, “Do we have to go in?” Her childish pouting continued as she crossed her arms, “Where do we have to go already?”

Best Friend Bonding ll Elijah & Ally

elijahmclane:

Allison opened the door and invited Elijah in, which was what he needed to actually step inside. He pouted softly and pulled her in to a hug before kissing her on the cheek. “Don’t be mad at me! We had a little problem with the oven…” Elijah hadn’t exactly told her about the whole roommate thing quite yet. Ally could never be mad at him of course, because they were best friends. Elijah knew how much he meant to her even through he sarcastic demeanor. He followed her inside and shut the door behind them.

They made their way through the room and both sat down on the couch, relatively close to each other. Elijah’s parents were always very loving on him and his younger siblings in a very physical way, and so that was passed down to him. He didn’t mean to make anyone uncomfortable, but physical touch was his love language and so he acted on it regularly. Elijah put his hands up in defense and laughed at her getting feisty. “I’m not replacing you! Ariella is just a friend who was going through a tough time so I let her stay. She has her own room and everything, so no worries on that level.” He shook his head at her accusation. “God Ally, I’m not a manwhore! I’m not even getting action, you on the other hand…” He wiggled his eyebrows up and down, poking her side playfully. “So how did you meet this Isaiah character anyway?”

“Problem with the oven?” she asked skeptically as she returned his hug. “You still could have called and told me you were running late,” she muttered to herself mainly. She attempted to drop the most hostile tone and instead offered Elijah a warming smile. A genuine one she had saved for the sweetest guy she knew. How the two ever got so close was baffling, she was never one of the sweeter girls in Eastwick. In fact more times than not, she was pissing people off with her attitude.

“For your own safety, I don’t suggest ever trying to replace me!” Allison wagged a finger, warning him. Allison burst out in laughter, “I never said you were a manwhore! Ariella? As in that cute, peppy girl? Oh lord, you could have just said that to start with.” She rolled her eyes and tried imagining the pair rooming together. Elijah was so laidback and calm whereas Ariella was a ball of energy, seemingly all the time. “Hey! Uncool” she announced and pushed him to the opposite side of the couch. Allison choked up at the mention of her and Isaiah’s meeting. Through the calm and collected front she put on, it had been haunting her since the day it happened.

“Um… he saved my life.” At the moment it was all she could manage though she knew it’d confuse Elijah. Probably even send him in a fit, knowing he was always out to protect her. Allison took a deep breath and looked him in the eye, “I’m just going to need you to believe me okay?” Instinctively she reached out and took his hand in her own as if she needed something to steady herself. “After work, I saw a murder and not just like one you’d see on tv. It was…. Supernatural.”
